The Latency Report helps you identify inactive days for items within your sprints. For example, if a sprint contains 2 items and 3 inactive days, this report can provide valuable insights. You have the option to export this report as well.

Here's how to use this report:

  1. Item Selection

You can view the latency of items from both the backlog and sprints.

  2. Inactive Items Details

By hovering over the bars in the graph, you can access more information, such as the last updated day and the time spent on items.

  3. Item Counting

An item is considered inactive if no activity occurs for 24 hours. For instance, if you create an item on October 10, 2023, and there's no activity within the next 24 hours, it will be marked as inactive on October 11, 2023.

  4. Table data

The same data can also be displayed in a table format for your convenience
