All three templates have a timesheet screen. When you first open it, it will be empty. In the timesheet, you will only see items that have had hours tracked on them. It could be billed or unbilled hours.

For example, if a user' who has tracked hours on an assigned item in this case the users will find on the assigned item and track hours for it that will be visible on both time track screen as well as into the timesheet.

At the beginning, as there are, no hours tracked for the users. And when the user adds billing or unbilled hours on the task it will start appearing in the timesheet as well.

After that, if you go back to the timesheet screen, you will initially see all the items for all users by default.

But if you want to see only the items a specific user you need to filter that user, from the left dropdown list.

After selecting a user from the dropdown, you will only see the user's items, and not items from other users. Here are some important points to remember:

The assignee of an item doesn't matter; what matters is the tracked hours by a user.

If multiple users tracked hours on the same item, that item will be displayed for each user based on their tracked hours for that particular and categories between billed and unbilled hours.

To check work description click on the user name and you will see total hours added for different tasks also you can edit or delete the added hours.

You can view the total logged hours for a specific date. For example, if this users has worked on two tasks on September 20, tracked 22 hours and 22 minutes on one task and 33 hours and 33 minutes on another, you'll see a total of 55 hours and 55 minutes for the user in September 20.

Click on 'Total tracked hours' to access this information and view logged hours by item.
