KiteSuite's reminder features are designed to help you stay on top of your tasks and projects. Whether you need to create custom reminders, set recurring alerts, or monitor task progress, KiteSuite has you covered. You can easily set personalized reminders to keep yourself and your team aligned with upcoming deadlines and milestones. Let's explore the details

User can set custom alerts for self reminder and to keep teams and individuals on track with tasks and deadlines.

Create Reminders:

1. Task Reminder

Step-1: In each task it will show a reminder option, from here click on the action button.

Step-2: Click on the Reminder button. This will open the calendar screen.

Step-3: From the calendar screen select a date and time and create the reminder.

2. Custom Reminders

Users can also create custom reminder examples. I live to watch videos on API documentation. Which I can use for personal use or other users.

Step 1: Click on the Set Reminder button.

Step 2: You’ll be redirected to a page where you can choose how frequently you want to receive reminders: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom.

Daily Reminders include the following options

Options:

  1. Include weekends

  2. Exclude weekends

  3. Specify the time you want to receive the reminder notifications/email daily

Weekly Reminders include the following options

  1. Forever recurring

  2. Repeat (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks)

  3. End date (select a date to stop receiving reminders)

Monthly Reminders include the following options

  1. First day of the month

  2. Same day every month

  3. Last day of the month

  4. Forever recurring

  5. Repeat (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, 4 months)

  6. End date (select a date to stop receiving reminders)

Yearly Reminders include the following options

  1. Forever recurring

  2. Repeat (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, 4 years)

  3. End date (select a date to stop receiving reminders)

Custom Reminders include the following options

  1. Select how often you want to receive reminders (e.g., every 2, 3, 4 days)

  2. Forever recurring

  3. Repeat (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks)

  4. End date (select a date to stop receiving reminders)

Managing Reminders

  • Upcoming: View all ongoing and upcoming reminders.

  • Done: See all past reminders that are no longer active.

  • Delighted: View reminders assigned to other users.

  • Update: Change reminders details such as name, time, assignes, and more.

Reminder Options:

  • Delegate: Assign reminders to others or claim reminders assigned to others.

  • Notification Preferences: Set your preferred notification times.

  • Delete: Remove reminders you no longer need.

  • Complete: Mark reminders as complete, moving them to the Done category.

  • Snooze: Add snooze time if you need a delay.

  • Convert to Task: Convert reminders into tasks by selecting a project and list. If no list is selected, the item will be added to the project's backlog.
