If you select In-Person, you will need to provide the meeting address.

If you select Google Calendar, the address field will not be available.

Note: If the Google Calendar option is initially disabled, enable it by navigating to the Integration screen and turning on the Google Calendar option.

Invite Participants:

And next set notification reminders or emails as per your preferences. Customize the meeting time and choose a meeting color.

Finalize the Meeting: Once all details are filled in, click the Create button.

Now your meeting has now been successfully created.

Joining Meetings

You can join a meeting in two ways:

Choose the desired meeting in your KiteSuite Calendar and click on the Join button.

If your meeting is scheduled with Google Meet, you'll be redirected to Google Calendar to join the meeting. And if you have added the meeting in your google calendar you can join directly from there.

Note: To use Google Meet, ensure it is integrated by enabling it in the integration settings.

Once Google Meet is enabled, you'll see an active Join button in Google Calendar when it's time for the meeting, allowing you to join directly from there.

Easy Access: You can conveniently join the meeting directly from your Google Calendar when the time comes.

Update meeting:

Once you have created a meeting you can easily edit or delete any of the meetings from your list. You can easily update meeting informations such as scheduled time, members, mode, and more.
