Salesforce is a robust sales process management tool designed to track leads and streamline your sales operations. Now, with our Salesforce integration, you can enhance your customer relationship management by seamlessly incorporating valuable lead information into KiteSuite! 🎉

Steps to integrate KiteSuite with Salesforce

1. Navigate to the right menu bar and select the "Integrates" option from the upper right corner of your screen.

2. From the integration options presented, select "Salesforce." Once you've selected Salesforce, confirm your credentials to successfully setup the integration.

3. Now create a form with Kitesuite and set conditions Create or update a record or Find a record into your Salesforce account through KiteSuite forms.

4. Select the right object from the given list. All custom and standard objects are supported in the integration. Now, map your form fields to the data fields from your chosen Salesforce object.

5. Now select fields, all standard and custom fields are supported. Supported fields for mapping from Salesforce to KiteSuite include various data types such as text, boolean, date, datetime, and more.

6. Users can also update existing records in salesforce by adding when it met the set criteria. Under "Conditions", specify the criteria for filtering into your board. In our example, let's filter in leads with the last name

Note: The Salesforce integration column will be added automatically when users submits form response

7. After completing all the steps, save your integration by clicking on the Save button.

8. You can also edit or remove the edit integration as per your preference simply by clicking on the edit,delete, or add button.
