KiteSuite offers you SSO integration with Google, along with Microsoft and Okta, all of which support SAML 2.0.
Supported feature
Service Provider-Initiated SSO:
You can easily initiate Sign in with Google from KiteSuite via:
https://app.kitesuite.com/users/login → Click on Single Sign-On
Everything you need to integrate Google SSO with KiteSuite
You must have a Google Workspace Admin account.
You should have an Business/Enterprise plan enabled with KiteSuite.
Your workspace owner/admin should enable SSO for your Workspace.
Steps to link KiteSuite with your Google account
Go to Google Admin Console
Sign in at https://admin.google.com
Navigate to Apps → Web and mobile apps
Click Add App → Add custom SAML app
Configure Google App
Enter a name (example: KiteSuite SSO) and click Continue.
Download the IdP metadata XML file from Google.
Keep this file handy — you’ll need to upload it to KiteSuite.
Add Service Provider details (KiteSuite)
Fill in the following fields:ACS URL
Entity ID
Name ID format → EMAIL
Click Continue.
Map Attributes
Map the following attributes in Google:Primary Email → email
First Name → firstName
Last Name → lastName
Click Finish.
Enable the app for users
In Google Admin, make sure the KiteSuite SSO app is turned ON for everyone (or specific organizational units).
Workspace Integration Setup
Log in to KiteSuite → Click your Workspace Icon → Go to Workspace Settings → Security
In the Single Sign-On section, select Google
Upload the XML file you downloaded
Save the settings
Click Authenticate with Google to finalize setup
Sign in to KiteSuite with Google
Click Single Sign-On
Enter your Google Workspace email
If your email is registered in KiteSuite, you’ll be redirected to the Google Sign-In page
After successful sign-in, you’ll be redirected back to KiteSuite
Enabling SSO for Multiple KiteSuite Workspaces
You can configure multiple Workspaces using the same Google environment.
For a second Workspace, set up a separate custom SAML application in Google
Users will be asked to sign in to both Workspaces separately.
